What we collect

Pros : email, password (hashed, never readable), display name, country, city, about text, phone number if added, profile and work photos if uploaded, services, prices and hours.

Clients : No client account. A request shares your name, phone, note and optional email with the selected professional. Email enables confirmations, reminders and tracking links.

Reviews and reports : first name, rating, text; email optional for a report.

What we never do

No ad trackers, no audience measurement, no data resale.

Location: used only when you tap “Near me”, rounded to 1 km, sent to sort pros and then forgotten. Never stored.

Cookies, all needed for the service: your session, your language, your time zone (to show pros in your country first) and your connection quality (to lighten photos).

To prevent abuse, we use hashed fingerprints of your IP address and phone number. Sign-in attempts also store an IP address and an email. Server maintenance removes these records.

Communications and map

Transactional messages are delivered through the SMTP service configured by the operator. Pending messages are encrypted. Delivery content is removed after processing; delivery metadata is retained for 30 days.

The OpenStreetMap map loads only after your click. It then receives the connection information needed to display it. The location shown is approximate.

The tracking link gives access to your appointment until 30 days after it ends. Do not share the link or code.

Your rights

From your pro space you can download all your data and delete your account for good. For anything else: contact@nyangabeauty.com.

How long we keep data

Profile and services: as long as the account exists. Booking requests: deleted 6 months after the appointment date. Reviews: as long as the pro’s profile exists.
